Dirty Feet Missions is honored to partner with Casa Tat Loy in San Lucas Tolimán with the first known drug and alcohol rehabilitation facility in the Solala district for indigenous women. As a result of high levels of poverty and overall feeling of hopelessness within the indigenous population alcohol and drug addiction has become one of the most pervasive social epidemics affecting the Mayan people.

Casa Ixoqi' is a gender specific 90 day inpatient facility. The program includes physical and mental health care, 12 step program, and spiritual leadership.
